My own personal winter blues food list looks something like this: pizza, ice cream, burritos ( Extra Guacamole), more ice cream, CHEESE, and chicken nuggets. But next time I fall into a winter slump I’ll give one of this recipes a shot. You can always add cheese to anything, even the worst of vegan dishes!
Now that the fuzzy warm glow of the holiday season is long gone, we are faced with the prospect of surviving old man winter.
