Love Pink!….. but, I wish her songs were as slamming as she is hot and as gigantic as her voice rocks. Her new song has a fantastic message for the a-la- it get better phase the world is going through, but I feel like it could have been sang by any other pop- artist of the day. I wish Pink did these sweet little moral packed song for the kids but also did some alternative albums for us adults that knows she has so much more depth. Her songs tend to be public service announcements and I can’t help but feel like they’re, although wonderfully song, GENERIC. Don’t get me wrong, I can’t get enough of her, but I want MORE, not just more, get it?

Dustin Hamman of Run On Sentence. You the Darkness and Me is out now on Hush Records!
Me( Dustin): I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and was wowed at an early age by the songwriting of Simon Joyner. I started writing my own songs a few years later and finally, after several more years of trying to write and sound like a variety of people I thought were awesome, I realized that was not the point. That’s when I started Run On Sentence in Portland Oregon. I tour extensively with and without the band and I really enjoy it. I’ve spent about 14 months on the road since 2007 and would like to continue touring, both in North America and abroad.
The Band: Early on, there were three of us but, as was the point of the name, there grew to be what is now a rotating cast of talented folks and currently Run On Sentence could be anywhere from 1-12 people, although it is usually (and ideally) 5-8.
We put out our first album Oh When the Wind Comes Down with Hush Records in the Fall of 2008 and have received a lot of positive response both in sales and reviews. Just before it came out we did a Daytrotter session and, earlier this year, the song “Stonewall” was chosen as NPR’s Song of the Day.
may flowers grow in your footsteps,
-dustin hamman

But we already knew that. Lip gloss, spray tan curlers, main/pedi, douche, tweeze nose hairs, man scaping, botox are just a few things I do to prepare for the gym every morning!
Average monthly personal care spending: $111
Percentage of population not overweight: 50.3
Percent of population that belongs to a gym: 20.4
VIA The Daily Beast
Which American cities spend the most time and money to look good? From L.A. to Miami, The Daily Beast studies the statistics to determine the country’s capitals of narcissism.
Gallery: America’s 20 Vainest Cities
In the age of Botox, the commercialization of everything from eyelash tinting to spray tanning and the continued growth of fad diets and trendy exercise regimens, being “perfect” has never been so attainable nor the pursuit so tempting. As The New York Times recognized, in the last decade “the body became the new attire, a mutable status symbol subject to trends in proportion, silhouette, technology, and disposable income.”
So The Daily Beast sought to figure out which major metro areas across the country exert the most effort to look good—by spending time in the spa, sweating in the gym, or shelling out for personal-care products.
We culled the list by starting with the 25 cities with the largest percentage of the population that belongs to gyms, according to the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association.

CRANK claims ” I’m a mad-scientist of an Illustrator in the pursuit of creating images that are sorta naughty, mostly odd, and randomly silly.” I say success!
