This is “Daddy’s Roommate” by Michael Willhoite. It is indeed awesome. I read it cover to cover in 5 minutes or less at a bookstore in late 2009 and grinned from ear to ear. I was so impressed I bought myself a copy and am glad to have it on my bookshelf.
