How has this DIRECTV Ad Flown Under the Radar of LOL

by Accidental Bear

As I run my little heart out to my Best of Heart compilation on the treadmill at the gym, I just about take a tumble when I see a flash of gold and get a mouth full of, “What the hell! “Yes, this is a commercial made to not let you forget it. Direct TV, you win. I am in a gold trance, sell me something and keep on making these outrageous commercials.

Red Wing Video Series | The Factory

by Accidental Bear

Red Wings tickle my nerd parts. The ones that crave information and love backround stories.

Video | Red Wing “Hallett Docks”

The latest in the Red Wing video series.

Heritage always plays a huge role and factor in any business setup. Red Wing produced a series of videos showcasing what goes into crafting a pair of their classic boots. The first video in this series features the company’s shoemakers Red Wing’s famed Plant II in Red Wing, MN. Since 1905, these craftsmen have been piecing together Red Wing boots and shoes using the same techniques, and four generations of shoemakers have been responsible for upholding Red Wing’s standards of quality, durability, and style.

Westboro Spoofs No H8 Campaign; Dumb Asses

by Accidental Bear

At first glance, I thought this was a joke. Come to find out it’s for real, but what a joke. This is some of the most radical improv art ever. Pushing the envelope, current, controversial and dominating conversation. Not to be taken serious, but made out of someones mad hallucinations and put on canvass. In this case, duck tape. Westboro’s comedy act has been on the road for a very long time. They should think about doing stand up or booking galleries. Are they for real, for real? Crazy is, as crazy does.

WESTBORO H8S FAGS X390

In a 25-minute video laced with profanities and antigay slurs, the Westboro Baptist Church offers its spoof on the No H8 Campaign.

“We gonna tell u who God H8S,” the familiar black and red paint spells out at the beginning of the video.

Subsequent images show members of the church with tape over their mouths and phrases such as “God H8S Fags” and “God H8S Adulterers” painted on their cheeks.

Linda Perry Never Liked 4 Non Blondes

by Accidental Bear

After reading the interview with Linda Perry in this article, I think she should have kept her trap shut about not liking her former band 4 Non Blondes, it does no good at this point. I am a huge fan of her voice but she comes across as a stuck up cunt and too cool for school. Maybe fame has gone to her head. On that not, can’t wait to hear the entire album of her new band Deep Dark Robot.

Linda Perry Forms New Band, Admits She Never Liked 4 Non Blondes

By Andy Greene

Most songwriters would be thrilled to have Linda Perry’s career. Over the past decade the former 4 Non Blondes singer has become one of the most sought-after writers in the industry, penning Pink’s “Get The Party Started” and Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful” in addition to hits by Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani and many others. “I’ve just been really bored,” Perry tells Rolling Stone. “If I hear another label tell me that they need a song for the radio I’m going to poke out their eyeballs with a fork. Nobody I work with wants anything out of left field. They just want to keep following the same game plan.”

This frustration led Perry to form Deep Dark Robot, her first band since she quit 4 Non Blondes in 1995. The idea came to her when she began writing intensely personal songs she realized nobody else would want to record. “Basically, I fell in love with a woman and really quick it turned into an emotional tsunami,” Perry says. “She ended up being an incredible muse, even though things didn’t work out between us.”
