Man Calls Beating Outside Bowling Alley A Hate Crime  ELK GROVE, Calif. (CBS13) – An assault victim is speaking out after several men severely beat him outside of a bowling alley, shouting gay slurs during the attack. Doctors told Seth Park he will need corrective surgery for four fractures around an eye and damaged nerves in his face after two men allegedly attacked him in a bowling alley parking lot.

Antigay Hatred Losing Steam says My Sweet Heart Rep. Frank

We’re not done people. Hatred is like athletes foot, you have to be diligent to ward it off, or it comes right back with a vengeance. The truth is, is that hate is a battle thats not cured with one dose, it will need a life time of treatment.

I day dream at times that Rep. Frank and Rachel Maddow are my parents and wonder what I might be like today.

Rep. Barney Frank has little faith there will be a federal remedy for gays seeking to marry anytime soon, but he also believes marriage equality is quickly fading as a controversial issue while antigay prejudice becomes less acceptable in society.

In a May interview with Playboy on subjects ranging from health care reform to the legalization of marijuana, the Massachusetts congressman said, “Overall I think antigay prejudice is on its way out.” READ INTERVIEW
