Full Frontal Kick Start to Weekend with Joe Manganniello in “MAGIC MIKE”

by Accidental Bear

by Mike Enders

Eyes are already glued to the tele for HBO’s hit show “True Blood, to get a chance of getting a view of Joe Manganniello’s skin.  Being nude in front of a crowd is nothing new to him. Funny, me either. He is classically trained actor and was given and an adonis body by his mom and dad’s love juice mixture.

“When I was in college, I did an Off-Broadway show where I was full-frontal on stage, so I guess all of these crazy parts have been coming my way for a long time,” Manganiello tells The Huffington Post. Rumor has is it that in his next role he will be playing a male stripper named Big Dick Richie in Steven Soderbergh’s new film, “Magic Mike” inspired by Channing Tatum. Yeah, Big Dick Richie is his name. Only time will tell if he release that monster or not. “Magic Mike” is due to start shooting in September. (via www.gay.net)

“Can You Hear Me Now?” Guy, is Queer and Talks

by Accidental Bear

A frickin’ 9 year contract, that’s insane. I actually didn’t assume he was gay from the Verizon adds. I thought maybe he was just one of those sensitive, straight hipster types. Now that I know, I am curious what he has to say. He mentions that his contract made it impossible to report  homophobia. I’m dying to know where this homophobia occurred that he talks of. Inquiring minds want to know. Can YOU, hear me now?

Paul Marcarelli, the gay actor known for years as the Verizon “Test Man,” is finally free to talk, now that his restrictive nine-year contract with the company is nearing an end.

The Huffington Post reports on an interview Marcarelli gave to The Atlantic.

“His silence, he told The Atlantic, was more or less required as part of his contract with Verizon,” reports HuffPo. “Since the company has informed him that the curtain will soon fall on the ‘Test Man’ character, Marcarelli now feels comfortable speaking about the role.”

Heaven forbid any of us ever have to deal with such things. But the reality is , that this is reality. It is comforting to knows that our backs will be covered and we, as gay people will have the same respect as all human being in such dire times to have our relationship recognized for what they are , LOVE and “MARRIAGE” ( just like the straights but better. Check the statistics) .

NY court rules that surviving gay spouse retains marriage rights

A New York appeals court ruled that the survivor of a gay marriage could receive the inheritance from his male spouse on Thursday, even though New York does not yet allow legal gay marriages to be performed in the state.

J. Craig Leiby and H. Kenneth Rantfle were legally married in Canada in 2008. Three years ago, Rantfle died of lung cancer and left the majority of his estate to Leiby. But Rantfle’s brother contested the will, saying that Leiby’s inheritance would violate New York law, according to CBS New York.

Gay marriages are illegal in New York, but the state recognizes legal out of state and out of country marriages; therefore the court ruled that Leiby is legally entitled to the inheritance as a surviving spouse.

Lambada Legal said the decision was the first of its kind at an appellate level in New York, according to the Huffington Post.

Lambada’s senior counsel member Susan Somer said the decision “puts to rest the idea that out-of-state marriages of same-sex couples could be vulnerable to attack.”
